Treating acne does not need to be expensive. There are ways to treat acne at home. Trying out harsh chemicals on your skin in order to find good results may not only be harmful to your skin but it can also be quite expensive! There are a number of home remedies to treat acne. Read on to learn about the time-tested natural Acne Remedies to get rid of acne and acne scars.

Apple cider vinegar

Combine 1 part of apple cider vinegar to 3 parts water. Mix only what you can use for the day. Using a cotton ball, apply the mixture to your skin. Rinse off with warm after ten minutes. Do this twice a day and you will be pleasantly surprised with the positive results.

Citrus

Squeeze the juice of an orange or lemon on a cotton ball, then apply the extract on the skin’s acne-affected areas. Rinse off with warm water after 20 minutes. Regular application of citrus juice helps to get rid of acne.

Remember to keep your hands and fingernails clean, especially before touching and cleansing your face to avoid transferring bacteria to your skin. Many acne sufferers experience great results from using natural and homemade Acne remedies. Home Acne Remedies work best for treating mild acne but if you suffer from severe acne breakouts, it is strongly recommended to consult a dermatologist to get the right diagnosis and recommendations of treatment for your acne treatment.
