Apple Face Mask for Dry Skin

Ingredients:

1 Medium Apple

1 Tablespoon Pure Olive Oil

Prep:

Peel the skin off the apple then grate the flesh of the apple on a greater. In a small mixing bowl, combine the apple and olive oil. After blending well, apply the face mask to your clean face and neck then rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a soft hand towel. Follow with an oil-free moisturizer or a drop of olive oil on your face and neck. Your skin will feel amazing and super soft and hydrated!

Benefits:

Apples contain a high level of glycolic acid and when combined with the granules of the apple that you have blended, which creates an awesome exfoliator for the skin! It helps minimize scarring from acne, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and removes cellular build-up from the skin, stopping oils and bacteria from getting trapped under the skin’s surface. Glycolic acid is found in a numerous amount of skin care products so don’t be afraid to try out this face mask.

Olive oil will hydrate dehydrated skin and this is an especially ideal mask for the winter season. The olive oil will gently seep into your skin without clogging your pores or causing you to break out. It’s one of nature’s most wonderful remedies for youthful, hydrated skin.
