Kiwi and Honey Face Mask

Ingredients:

½ Ripe Kiwi

1 Tablespoon Pure Honey

Prep:

Peel half of the kiwi and discard skin. Put the flesh of the fruit in a mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Pour in the honey and mix together. Once blended well, apply the face mask to your freshly cleansed face and neck. Leave it on for 20 minutes then rinse off with warm water and a gentle cleanser. Pat dry with a soft hand towel and apply an oil-free moisturizer to add needed moisture to your skin.

Benefits:

Kiwi is rich in nutrients and antioxidants including Vitamin C which repairs damaged skin due to acne, the sun, and from a variety of environmental reasons. Vitamin C will also help you to look younger since it aids in collagen production and helps tighten the skin. Kiwi will help your skin feel refreshed and regenerated as well.

Honey is a wonderful antioxidant proven to help reduce impurities from the skin and help battle mild acne. It also helps restore skin’s texture due to its anti-microbial properties, and will help repair skin damage from the sun and daily environments.
