Wise food options are leafy green vegetables and vegetables of all colors and types, an array of fruit, whole grains, and lean proteins, including fish, chicken, and nuts. Another natural way to treat acne is by taking vitamins and nutrition supplements. Using vitamins and nutritional supplements is helpful in curing acne naturally as they help in reducing the production of natural body oils – Healing body from within and it showing through clear and beautiful skin.

Another natural way to fight acne is by using herbal remedies. Herbs have been proven to be effective in clearing acne and keeping the body healthy and strong. Though herbs are tiny, they are powerful and are loaded with nutrients and antioxidants the body needs to function at its highest capacity.

Treating acne naturally involves cleansing your face twice a day, morning and night, using a gentle exfoliating cleanser. Don’t over-cleanse the skin because it can further irritate and worsen acne breakouts. If you suffer from oily skin, purchase oil-blotting papers to blot away excess oils during the day so they won’t clog your pores. Apply freshly-squeezed organic lemon or lime juice to your skin as a toner after cleansing and before moisturizing at night. This will minimize oils from surfacing to the skin and will also even out uneven skin tone.
