Ingredients:

1 pint of fresh red raspberries (may substitute for frozen if out of season)

½ giant papaya or 1 small whole papaya, skinned and remove seeds

4 cups (32 oz.) of water or natural orange juice

*If you would like more froth, add 2-4 ice cubes for added chill*

Prep:

Scoop out flesh of papaya into blender. Add in raspberries and water (or orange juice). Blend together until smooth and enjoy!

Benefits:

Papaya contains Vitamin A, C , E, Folate, Potassium, and unique enzymes that aid in digestion in the body. The enzymes and vitamins also do wonders for your skin! The enzymes in papaya will unclog your pores, leaving your skin glowing like never before.

Red raspberries are loaded with fiber, vitamins, and minerals and are low in calories, which makes them a great addition to a healthy diet. The nutrients in red raspberries will not only improve your internal health, reducing your risk of heart disease, certain cancers, and improve your vision, but will also leave your skin radiant and clear!
