Almond Face Mask

Ingredients:

8 Tablespoons of Raw Almonds

1 Tablespoon Pure Honey

½ Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Prep:

Soak almonds overnight in a covered bowl filled with water. Peel the skins off the almonds in the morning and mash the almonds until you have a paste. Mix the honey and lemon juice into the almond paste until blended well. Apply to your clean face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 20 minutes then rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a hand towel. Apply an oil-free moisturizer on face and neck.

Benefits:

There are numerous benefits to this face mask. If you suffer from dry skin, almonds, particularly the oil from almonds, will make your skin feel smooth and soft. Grinding the almonds into a paste makes this particularly wonderful to exfoliate dead skin cells from your face and neck, which removes impurities and oil that cause acne.

Honey fights microbial infections that cause acne without irritating your skin.
