Ingredients:

1 Small Apple

1 Medium Egg

Prep:

Peel the skin off the apple then grate the flesh of the apple on a greater. Crack the egg into a small mixing bowl and blend the two ingredients together. Apply the face mask to your freshly cleansed face and neck and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water then gently pat dry with a soft hand towel. Apply an oil-free moisturizer to your face and neck to minimize oil from building on your skin.

Benefits:

Apples contain a high level of glycolic acid and when combined with the granules of the apple that you have blended, which creates an awesome exfoliator for the skin! It helps minimize scarring from acne, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and removes cellular build-up from the skin, stopping oils and bacteria from getting trapped under the skin’s surface.

Egg yolk is rich in Vitamin A, which is known to fight acne and prevent future break outs from occurring. Vitamin A will heal and repair your skin, aiding with the production of new skin cells to form. The yolk of an egg is extremely effective in fighting acne.
