Cabbage Face Mask

Ingredients:

¼ Cup Finely Chopped Raw Cabbage

1 Egg white

2 Tablespoons Rice Flour

Prep:

Combine the three ingredients in a mixing bowl then apply the face mask to your clean face and neck. Leave it on for 20 minutes then rinse off with warm water and a gentle cleanser. Pat your skin dry with a soft hand towel then apply an oil-free moisturizer to your face and neck.

Cabbage in its raw form is full of tons of nutrients and antioxidants including Vitamins A, B, C, and K. This mask will help anyone who suffers from dry skin or mature, aging skin. All the vitamins in cabbage will help repair damaged skin from acne, the sun, and from the natural process of aging. Your skin will be tighter and better hydrated, while your fine lines and wrinkles will be minimized over time if you use this face mask regularly.

Egg whites are packed with vitamins that help fight acne. Vitamin B3 helps improve the blood flow of the body, thus opening your pores, helping to remove dirt and oils from clogging them. Vitamin B2 helps relieve stress and since stress is correlated with acne, egg whites will help minimize both! Zinc is also found in eggs and zinc is known to help regulate hormones and heal open wounds and sores more quickly.

Rice flour is a wonderful natural exfoliator for skin. It removes dry skin (cellular buildup) gently and effectively and will not irritate or tear your skin.
