dark chocolate facial

Ingredients:

1 Full-sized Bar of Dark Chocolate

1 Cup Organic Milk

3 Tablespoons Salt

Prep:

Mix together the cup of milk and 3 tablespoons of salt in a mixing bowl. To melt the chocolate, use a double boiler. Fill a pot with water and place on the stove. Place the chocolate into a smaller bowl and place on top of the sauce pan but not into the water. Heat the water and the steam from water will start to melt the chocolate. Mix the chocolate until melted and creamy. Add the melted dark chocolate into the milk and salt combo and stir evenly until everything blended together well. Allow this mixture to cool then apply all over your clean face and neck and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Gently wash off with warm water and gentle cleanser. Follow with an oil-free moisturizer.

Benefits:

This face mask is perfect for anyone suffering from dry skin. The cocoa solids in dark chocolate are wonderful for moisturizing your skin, as well as the milk. Together, they are the perfect team to battle your dry flaky skin. The salt helps to gently exfoliate the dead skin (cellular build-up) from your skin and neck. Enjoy this mask and notice the glow come back to your skin!
