Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

3 Tablespoons Pure Honey

3 Drops Lavender Essential Oil

Prep:

Combine all 3 ingredients together in a mixing bowl until blended well. Drape a towel over your shoulders and neck to catch if the mask drops a bit and apply the face mask to your face and neck. Leave it on for 25 minutes then rinse off with warm water. Gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel then apply an oil-free moisturizer to your face and neck.

Benefits:

Lime juice in its freshest and raw state is wonderful for your skin. The acid of the lime juice helps slough off dead skin cells and leaves your skin looking rejuvenated and glowing. It can heal acne-prone skin and fights off infections. Lime juice is loaded with antioxidants that will do wonders for your skin.

Pure honey is loaded with nutrients and antioxidants proven to help reduce impurities from the skin and help battle mild acne. It also helps restore skin’s texture due to its anti-microbial properties, and will help repair skin damage from the sun and daily environments.

Lavender essential oil will calm inflamed and irritated skin. Your skin tone will improve and your acne will lessen over time. Lavender oil is a mood enhancer as well so it’s recommended to use this mask at night because lavender is proven to have an extremely calming effect.
