Ingredients:

¼ Cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice (Less may be added, depending on your liking and availability of oranges)

2 -3 Tablespoons Organic Plain Yogurt

Prep:

Squeeze ¼ cups of fresh orange juice then mix in with the yogurt in a mixing bowl. You may need to add a bit more yogurt depending on the consistency. Once blended well together, apply the face mask to your clean face and neck and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and gently dry with a soft hand towel. Apply an oil-free moisturizer on your face and neck to retain needed moisture on your skin.

Benefits:

Oranges are packed with Vitamin C which is very beneficial for your skin. We naturally have Vitamin E in our bodies and Vitamin E is crucial for repairing skin damaged by UV light. Vitamin C helps to regenerate oxidized Vitamin E so that Vitamin E can repair our skin. You can fight wrinkles with this winning Vitamin combination and improve your overall texture of your skin. Vitamin C also assists in the production of collagen and will make your skin more tight and firm and will make your skin’s appearance more glowing and radiant. Vitamin C also repairs damaged skin. Skin injured by the sun, acne, and other skin issues can leave you desperate to find something that can make your skin look better. Vitamin C can help! Our bodies use Vitamin C to replace damaged skin tissue with scar tissue. Wounds and sores heal faster and more effectively when the proper amount of Vitamin C is flowing through the body.

Organic plain yogurt is like a moisture drink for your skin. Using organic yogurt is important because your skin will react better to yogurt that is not loaded with harmful chemicals and preservatives. Organic plain yogurt will also help to moisturize your dry skin and soothe irritated skin from acne or dryness.
