Ingredients:

½ Cup of Chopped Spinach Leaves

2 Tablespoons Pure Honey

2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice

Prep:

Purchase spinach leaves that are already chopped, then chop them further to make them as finely chopped as possible. Warm the honey for a few seconds in the microwave to make it easier to stir then pour it into the chopped spinach mixing bowl and add the lemon juice. Mix the three ingredients together until blended well then apply the face mask to your clean face and neck. Leave it on for 20 minutes then rinse off with warm water and a gentle cleanser. Pat dry with a soft hand towel and apply an oil-free moisturizer to retain needed moisture.

Benefits:

This face mask is great for anyone who suffers from dry skin or acne. Spinach is fantastic for your body and skin, so not only should you apply spinach to your skin as a face mask but you should also eat plenty of it to reap even more amazing benefits! Spinach is packed with tons of nutrients and antioxidants including Vitamins A, C, E, and K, and it has been shown to reduce acne and reduce damage done to skin due to the sun and other environmental issues. It has been shown to reduce fine lines and wrinkles as well.

Honey is an antioxidant proven to help reduce impurities from the skin and help battle mild acne. It also helps restore skin’s texture due to its anti-microbial properties, and will help repair skin damage from the sun and daily environments.

Lemon juice is a natural astringent that will minimize oil on the skin without making you drier. It will also leave your skin glowing and more radiant.
