Ingredients:

½ Pound Washed Spinach (Organic)

½ Pound Washed Green Kale (Organic)

2 Tablespoons Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

1 Tablespoon Heavy Cream

Prep:

Use a juice extractor to squeeze out all the juice from the spinach and kale. Dispose of pulp and mix together the remaining leafy green juice with the EVOO and cream in a mixing bowl. Once blended, apply to your clean face and neck and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and gently pat dry with a soft hand towel. Follow with an oil-free moisturizer or a drop of EVOO to hydrate your skin (without clogging your pores!) Store the remaining face mask mixture in an air-tight container and refrigerate. It can be used for up to a week before needing to be disposed.

Benefits:

Spinach and kale are rich in a ton of nutrients and antioxidants beneficial for your body and skin. We at Acne Skin Site do recommend drinking the juice of the spinach and kale daily for good health that starts from the inside and exudes out but it is also great to use the juice on your skin as well. It has been thought that this mixture will one day replace Botox because it is found to naturally tighten your skin without needing to go under the needle! Spinach and kale are specifically rich in chlorophyll, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients that will leave your skin glowing, looking younger, and help fight acne as well. It’s important to “juice” the greens and not cook them because you kill all the nutrients by cooking these beautiful greens.

Extra virgin olive oil will hydrate your skin beautifully without clogging your pores or causing you to breakout. It will seep deep into your skin hydrating your skin for days to come. Heavy cream is a beautiful moisture drink for your skin as well! Enjoy this mask twice a week and see the benefits for yourself!
