Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of lukewarm water
Prep:
Pour warm water into a bowl full of sugar and stir until all the sugar granules have dissolved. It’s important that the mixture is not coarse, so as to not cut up or tear at your skin. Once the mixture is smooth and creamy, work the scrub onto your face and neck in a slow, gentle circular motion with your fingertips, avoiding the eye area. Do this for 2 minutes, then rinse solution off with warm water.
Benefits:
Sugar is a great natural exfoliant to remove dead skin and cellular build-up, allowing fresh, rejuvenated skin to surface. It’s also much more gentle than salt, and smells and tastes delicious too! It will leave a beautiful glow to your skin and will also help the blood flow to the face, opening the pores and to remove dirt, oils, and bacteria. Sometimes less is more and this mask proves it!

I am from Nigeria too! What other techniques have you used.
IT WORKS VERY GOOD I LIKE TO ADD HONEY LIKE I SAID IT WORKS VERY GOOD I HAD SOME ANCE THAT WAS LIKE A PIMPLE BUT NOT ANY MORE IT IS ALLMOST GONE AND WHEN YOU RINSE IT OUT IT TASTES SO GOOD EVERYBODY IN MY FAMILY SAID THANKYOU SO MUCH
I’ve tried this mask, but I confused because the texture is just not creamy. Can anybody help me to tell is it already correct or wrong?
Yes my mask was not creamy also
I love this mask, however I like to add a touch of honey. For those who say that the mask didn’t get creamy, it’s probably because the water wasn’t warm enough.
is it supposed to look light green (the color)
how many times are we suppose to do this in a week?
i like to use sugar and lemon juice as a face scrub. it makes my skin feel really soft
Which sugar should I use white or brown and after how long does it become creamy?
This works..is there any mask that use more easy-to-get material??

Hi,
can we add some olive oil instead of water, I think this moist skin too!
I just tried using the sugar scrub mask for the first time after reading this article. My skin looks healthier (or at least I think it does).
Thank you very much for sharing this. I will definitely use it again.
