Benefits:
Tomatoes work wonders for your skin. If you want a clear and glowing complexion, you must try this soup and enjoy it at least once a week. Tomatoes are packed with a nutrient called lycopene which helps with improving skin’s appearance and tone. Tomatoes contain many vitamins including Vitamins A and C. Vitamin A helps fight acne-causing bacteria and aids in the production of new skin cells, allowing fresh, new skin to surface. Vitamin A will also make you look younger by minimizing fine lines and wrinkles. Vitamin C helps to firm and tighten your skin by aiding in the production of collagen. This vitamin also repairs skin damaged by sun and acne, leaving your complexion fully healed.
