Ingredients:

14 oz. diced tomatoes in juice (1 can)

½ medium red onion, minced

4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

3 Tablespoons dry red wine

2 Tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon dried oregano, chopped finely

½ teaspoon dried basil, chopped finely

Sea Salt, to desired flavor

Prep:

Heat olive oil on medium heat in a medium-sized skillet. Toss in onion and garlic, stirring frequently. The onions and garlic should be cooked for about 8 minutes. Add tomatoes in juice, oregano, basil, and red wine and simmer for 8-10 minutes. The broth should be slightly thicker in consistency. Add sea salt to your liking of flavor.

Benefits:

Tomatoes work wonders for your skin. If you want a clear and glowing complexion, you must try this soup and enjoy it at least once a week. Tomatoes are packed with a nutrient called lycopene which helps with improving skin’s appearance and tone. Tomatoes contain many vitamins including Vitamins A and C. Vitamin A helps fight acne-causing bacteria and aids in the production of new skin cells, allowing fresh, new skin to surface. Vitamin A will also make you look younger by minimizing fine lines and wrinkles. Vitamin C helps to firm and tighten your skin by aiding in the production of collagen. This vitamin also repairs skin damaged by sun and acne, leaving your complexion fully healed.

Olive Oil is beneficial for your body from the inside out. It will make your skin less oily, be more hydrated, and leave your skin looking oh-so-healthy. You can even use olive oil as an everyday moisturizer on your face, neck, and body! For your face and neck, all you need is a dime-sized amount and it will hydrate your skin just perfectly. You will not break out from this nor will your pores clog. Olive oil is added to many skincare products because it works to make skin more beautiful…so why spend tons of money at the store
