Vitamin E is also found in raw walnuts which helps repair skin damage and minimize scarring while stopping premature aging. So eat up!
Whole Grains – There are loads of vitamins and phytonutrients in whole grains but Vitamin E and zinc are super beneficial for beautiful skin.
