Cinnamon has a variety of benefits for your overall health and skin that will leave you wondering why you had never read about this before! Just make sure you’re not allergic to cinnamon before you try it. Cinnamon can also be an irritant in large doses since it is a spice so use with caution. 1. Cinnamon can help clean and disinfect an open wound. Clean the cut then dust a little cinnamon over the wound and voila! The bacteria will start to be killed and you will be on your way to healing quickly.
