Being happy is a choice. You can choose to be happy or miserable. Life is short so don’t you want to live life to the fullest and embrace as much joy as you can?! 4. Every thought you think is creating your future. So if you think negatively, what do you think your future will become? Think positive and your future is full of hope and positive changes!
5. Nothing changes if nothing changes. If you’re unhappy in your life, make positive changes to better your well-being. If you are harming your mind, body, or soul, it’s time to break yourself of nasty habits and find things that fulfill you and bring you joy.
6. Surround yourself with happy, motivated people. You are who you surround yourself with.
