The topic of age is an interesting topic. Those who are young want to look older and be taken more seriously while those that are older want to look younger and be more free-spirited. It boggles our minds here at Acne Skin Site when we here of the young trying to look older. Why wouldn’t everyone want to look younger? Looking younger means beautiful skin, clear skin, healthy skin. So for those that are trying to reverse their age, read further to learn how you can do so – Naturally.

1. Use an exfoliating treatment at least 3 times a week to remove cellular build-up which consists of dead skin cells that are dry and clogging your pores. When you gently slough away the dead skin, fresh new skin will surface, minimizing fine lines and wrinkles and allowing your pores to breathe.

2. Moisturize morning and night. Adding moisture to your skin will minimize those pesky fine lines that are creeping up.

3. Use eye cream morning and night! The skin around the eyes is more delicate and thin so it needs extra moisture. Apply around the area where crow’s feet form as well. Feel free to use a heavier eye cream at night while you sleep.

4. Speak with your dermatologist about being prescribed a retinol cream. Retinol creams have proven to reverse aging dramatically. Your dark spots and damaged skin can be minimized as well.

5. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and moist. 8-10 glasses a day is highly recommended to do the trick.

6. Minimize caffeine consumption. Caffeine can leave you dehydrated, even if you drink lots of water during the day.

7. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night so your skin can restore itself while you sleep. Sleep is a natural way to look better.

8. Eat healthy daily and workout at least 4 days a week. You will feel and look healthier and good health will make you look younger.
