Stop Acne Internally

One of the main causes of acne could be what is going on inside our bodies. Our bodies may have food allergies that we are unaware of. Our bodies are filled with many harmful chemicals that go into the food we eat and air we breathe.

You need to get rid of dangerous toxins by detoxing. The chemicals may contribute to hormone imbalances, which can surface as acne breakouts. Simply cleanse your face then apply 2-3 tablespoons of honey to your face for 30 minutes. Then rinse off with warm water and apply an oil-free moisturizer to retain needed moisture.

Do not over-cleanse your face. You may think that cleansing frequently can help remove oil and acne-causing bacteria, but doing so will strip your skin of needed oil and will leave your skin very dry, thus causing your oil glands to secrete even more oil making you overly oily! Cleansing twice a day, morning and night, is recommended but no more than three times a day. Always follow with an oil-free moisturizer to prevent further breakouts and oily/dry skin.
